FOR A WHILE now, Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have been turning to the ‘psychic bananas’ every time they’ve got a question about they future that they need answered.
In the past, people have enquired about whether or not they’d pass their driving test, whether certain teams would win rugby matches and whether their own baby would be a boy or a girl.
Yesterday, they decided to employ the psychic banana to ask the big question of the day: Will Kate Middleton have a boy or a girl?
The usual rules apply. They slice the banana, and if there’s a dot at the top, the answer is ‘no’. If there’s a ‘Y’ at the top of the banana, then the answer is ‘yes’. They got straight to it…
And it was a yes.
Afterwards, the pair of them reflected on the result, and as always, they ended up in stitches.
